What you will learn:
  • How to level and fill a cake with buttercream
  • How to ice a cake with ganache and achieve sharp edges
  • How to colour fondant
  • How to cover a cake with fondant
  • How to pipe with buttercream
  • How to hold fondant shapes upright
  • How to paint on fondant
  • How to cover a cake board


R1000 per person

This includes the following:
  • Recipes with instructions, tips and more information.
  • The use of the cookery school’s apron during the class
  • All the utensils and ingredients to use during the class, some extra tools you are welcome to purchase with us or bring your own along.
  • Take your beautifully decorated cake home in a box

Classes will be presented in English and Afrikaans.
Recipe bundles will be presented in English.
